The NGM (Next Generation Management) Project is a large-scale initiative focused on upgrading and expanding fiber optic infrastructure to support the increasing demand for high-speed, reliable connectivity across residential, commercial, and urban environments. Our scope of work includes underground and aerial fiber installation, in-suite wiring, fiber splicing and testing, and full-scale civil construction such as conduit systems, vault installations, service box replacements, manholes, and directional drilling. We work closely with major telecom providers and construction partners to ensure that every aspect of the build is completed efficiently and to industry standards.
